   I had my first visit with Blake Gilliam in July and it went smoothly! He was very polite, thorough, and took the time to listen to all of my health concerns. I really appreciated being able to ask questions without feeling rushed.    Good information with out pushing any GLP or drugs that will screw up your system! Very thorough And really helped me find out what was really going on with me instead of your old a little bit overweight you need a GLP Kickback! I really appreciate him and how much he has helped me

   I’ve had a great experience at Madison Integrative. I see Blake, and he is knowledgeable, takes time to listen, and never makes me feel rushed. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. Scheduling is flexible, it’s easy to call with questions, and everyone is helpful and responsive.    Blake Gilliam has been treating my thyroid insufficiency for several years now & he’s one medical appt. that I look forward to. He’s gentle, kind & easy to talk to, responds to requests.  His office staff are also nice & welcoming, and respond to requests for refills & other needs.    I cannot recommend Blake and the entire team at Madison Integrative Medicine enough! Blake is an exceptional CRNP who truly listens, looks at the root cause of health issues rather than just treating symptoms, and takes the time to create a personalized wellness plan.The office staff is equally warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making my first two visits comfortable and stress-free. I finally feel like I am on the right track with a care team that genuinely cares about my long-term well-being. Finding an integrative approach makes all the difference.    Hey Blake I always feel well taken care of when I visit with you and your team. I do have some questions though. I have a couple friends who are getting the tirzepatide shots (compounded) for quite a bit less than I am. Are the prices going to come down? I feel like I need to check into these other avenues.    I would give more stars if possible.  I've been suffering from a severe, undiagnosed condition for four years. I've been seen by probably twenty doctors, seen various specialists in the area, been to Mayo, been to Vanderbilt, tons of tests, lots of "try this pill" but no real relief. Finally made an appointment with Madison Integrative Medicine. First visit they did a test that no one else had done and discovered my problem.  I'm now on the mend and SOOO thankful I made that appointment! Blake listeners carefully, cares deeply, and treats me like a human instead of just a symptom. The entire staff are pleasant, helpful, and compassionate. Not to dog my other doctors, but in retrospect, it was a fairly obvious test... but no one else did it. I recommend this clinic in the strongest possible way!

   I have been working with Blake Gilliam for the past 10 years.  My experience with him and his practice is excellent!  His office staff is courteous and responsive. There have been times when I had to see him on very short notice.  Blake was there to see me.  He is also highly knowledgeable about the latest medical treatments and takes time to explain in detail. I never feel hurried during my appointment. I also want to say that the IV services personnel are extremely professional and provide exceptional caring.    Dr. Gilliam is a sweet doctor very friendly ,takes time to listen to your concerns . He is a good doctor , he has helped me in many ways . He did test to see what was going on with me ,I was feeling terrible My thyroid was out of range , and hormones not working right.  Now my thyroid is working and has my hormones working great and I feel so much better now. He helped me get on some supplements to help with other issues I was having .    I love Madison Integrative Medicine!  The entire staff is warm and friendly and lovely.  The office is always clean and soothing and does not feel sterile and hospital like.  Dr. Blake is very thorough.  I am in the beginnings of menopause and he keeps my hormone levels in balance with labs every six months.  When I came to him, I could not sleep and had no energy.  He diagnosed me and started me on natural meds and I am a completely different person.  So much so, that I took my daughter there.  Her iron levels were DANGEROUSLY low and no other doctor had caught it.  He also helped her with migraines.  We give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them for women especially.  I am sure they are great for men too but women’s hormones are wild.  It takes a special practice to listen and care about women’s health and not just think we are crazy.  :)

   Top notch experience at Madison Integrative Medicine!!! Blake takes the time to understand his patients and their needs, treating the problem rather than the symptom. I went from PCP to PCP to specialist with symptom management but no resolution until I visited Blake. He listens and takes the time to address all concerns.    Love this office! All are very caring and compassionate in helping you find answers to mystery chronic illnesses and problems! I’m feeling a lot better with the help of NP Blake!    I’ve seen Blake twice now to go over concerns of my hormones and he was great. Very quick, in and out with no wait time. He addressed my concerns and gave me his thoughts on treatments. Came in to discuss bloodwork and he explained all of my results to me and his thoughts on a treatment plan. I plan to see him again in a few months to discuss further plans form the meds he suggested. Staff was wonderful as well.

   After struggling for so long and feeling like I am not being heard by medical professionals,  Blake is like a breath of fresh air. He listens and does his best to find solutions. And equally important is his amazing staff! They are on top of things, efficient, friendly, timely, and caring! This has been hard for me to find in other medical offices. He has been nothing but opened and honest about the phases I will encounter and has provided me resources and support through this journey of wanting to lose weight for the better half of me.    I have been seeing Mr. Gilliam since the beginning of January. I had a weight issue and wanted to see if he could help me. I was put on a program to help with my goal. My most recent follow up visit at the end of May. The results showed I was well on my way to my desired weight. I will continue on the program until my goal is reached.    After dealing with drs who ignored me or told me I just had to deal with the issues I was having, meeting Blake was amazing. He listened to me, my concerns, and what I wanted. He agreed with me and wanted to do the same things I was wanting to try and get me the help I needed. With all the rude and crappy drs in the world now it's so hard to find someone who went into medicine because they truly wanted to help people. Blake is one of those people. He's not in my network but I am happy to pay the additional costs just so I can stay with him.

   Blake is very knowledgeable and kind.  I have been seeing him for my thyroid condition.  I highly recommend Blake if you are suffering with a thyroid condition.  Blake really listens to what you are saying and does all the proper lab work you need to figure out how to treat and regulate your thyroid levels.  He also uses desiccated  thyroid hormone medication as well as synthetic thyroid hormone medication.   I am very pleased with my care and his office staff is very kind.    I had a great experience at Madison Integrative Medicine. I went for a check up including blood work. I did not have a long wait in the waiting room. The staff were friendly and professional. Blake Gilliam had reviewed my new patient information forms ahead of time and took time to discuss his approach to integrative medicine.    Just started seeing Dr. Gilliam about some unresolved symptoms I’ve been having for about the last 4 years. I’ve been to multiple specialists and my primary care with no relief. I’m still in the initial stages of figuring everything out and feeling better, but Dr. Gilliam has done extensive tests and started treating my issues. I do feel better already from his treatment, and look forward to working with him to get me fully back on track.    I had a terrible experience with the traditional endocrinology clinics around here not taking the time to see me as a person or work with me on my wellness goals.    Dr. Blake Gilliam really is a fantastic doctor. I have severe allergies and asthma and he has helped me so much with persistent sinus infections among other ailments. I reached a point where I was tired of going to walk-in clinics and them just slapping generic medicine that was just band-aiding the problem. Dr. Gilliam will sit with you and explore possible triggers and alternative healing methods. He won't just leave you frustrated and feeling like you're crazy. He actually listens, and cares. I have a bad habit of getting frustrated with doctors and just riding out my illnesses until I literallly can't function anymore. You're not crazy, you just need a different approach. I have had several appointments with Blake & he listens well & seems quite knowledgeable.  He makes one feel comfortable & was the guidance I needed.    I’ve been blown off by doctors all my life when I knew there was something wrong. Within two weeks of my first appointment, I had a diagnoses and safe treatment plan.    Dr. Gilliam is very sweet and caring person. He really cares about your overall health and listens to your every concern. I used to get anxiety going to the doctor but Dr. Gilliam helps soothe my anxiety. The office staff is very accommodating to my every need.    Every step was a breeze, and what other medical offices should strive to mimic!  First and foremost, his staff answered the phone each time I called. No recordings or promises of a call back, brillant! Scheduling and rescheduling a breeze as well! Online registration was clear-cut, and also a breeze!! No two hour wait, I walked straight in and was seen immediately right after signing in and completing my HIPPA form. I highly recommend Blake, his practice and staff!    I had my first IV treatment (the Myers Cocktail) last week and had a five-star experience! I had pulled a back muscle the day prior at the gym, and a combination of taking the day off from the gym + the myers cocktail had my back 100% better just a few hours after I got the IV. I was shocked! I was so comfortable in the chair with a provided blanket and ottoman for my feet! Kaitlyn was my IV queen and was exceptional.    This office is wonderful! They are so flexible with my schedule, I love that labs are take in house, and the staff is friendly. What moved me to this office was that I could not find a primary that listened to me in regard to my thyroid health. Dr. Blake looked at my labs and immediately recognized what I needed. I was having issues where I was basically sleeping my life away because I was always so utterly exhausted for no reason. Multiple doctor visits yielded zero results. Blake is pleasant,  friendly & very easy to talk to.  He explained the program well & fully answered all my questions.   I never felt rushed at any of my appointments & have had almost no wait time to see him.  Blake is very caring & effectively addressed the issues I was having.   As we discussed my treatment,  he truly listened to my input & adjusted my treatment plan accordingly.   Blake & the office staff never make you feel like a number, but truly desire for you to obtain your highest quality of health.  The office is clean & pleasant.    I have had such a great experience with the office. I started out seeing them because I had thyroid issues and no one else I had seen would help me. He got me on the correct does, then I signed up for the weight loss program and now I am  30+ pounds down and all my lab work is within normal range for the first time in 12 years. Highly recommend.    If you have thyroid issues and on or not on meds and feel bad, you should go here.  Regular doctors often only look at the basic thyroid test, so it may appear your levels are good, but they may not be functioning properly and that may be why you still feel. They also offer high doses of vit C and other vitamins that would be good if you are really sick or have cancer. Not to mention, everyone is so nice and welcoming!

   All the Dr's there are knowledgeable, caring and effective. I've  seen them all. They have helped me with several things and I'm blessed to have their care. I like integrated medicine because it's natural (functional) side working with PhD's to couple care expertise with  tradional medicine. you truly get the best of both medical experts.  The front office staff, is amazing with following up and communicating. Kind and compassionate to all.  The put a personal touch into their work.
